Eric is a young but knowledgeable and dedicated Project Coordinator with Boise Concrete. Eric served his country with 4 years in the Air Force, earned an Associated Degree in Business and is currently working on his Bachlors in Construction Management on top of the trainings Boise Concrete has been putting him through and his field work.
Eric is a young but knowledgeable and dedicated Project Coordinator with Boise Concrete. Eric served his country with 4 years in the Air Force, earned an Associated Degree in Business and is currently working on his Bachlors in Construction Management on top of the trainings Boise Concrete has been putting him through and his field work. Eric visits every job site nearly every day. He facilitates our crews, material deliveries and is typically the one responsible for Daily Logs.

Josh is the lead excavator. Josh has been operating heavy equipment for over 10 years and is still humble enough to get out and use a shovel when needed. Josh is excellent at reading plans and understanding grades and elevations. From concrete break outs to full basement excavations and beautifully ran utility lines, Josh is very skilled at his trade.

Zack Hardy
Zack works hand in hand with Josh on the earthworks team and has been in constant trainings since he joined us in 2024. After multiple OSHA safety trainings, utility install trainings, plan reading, compaction training and equipment trainings Zack has become a highly skilled operator and a knowledgeable set of eyes in the field.
